DMarx-2016-09-29-5819-Edit-Day Begins At The Burnt Island Lighthouse.jpg
Early morning sun burst over the horizon as day begins at the Burnt Island Lighthouse.
PhotographyTtip: If you are going to shoot directly into the sun then close your lens down to its smallest aperture to create a the starburst pattern. Shooting directly into the sun with your a small aperture will create a starburst flare pattern. Hiding part of the sun behind a solid object like the distant horizon will make this effect even more noticeable.
This is one of the locations that we will visit this October during my *Coastal Maine Photography Workshop* at the Spruce Point Inn Resort & Spa. This photography workshop is centered on the sea and its endless photographic possibilities!
This is a terrific opportunity to improve your photography while enjoying the cuisine and hospitality of Maine’s finest resort. More information about this unique small-group learning opportunity at http://bit.ly/CoastalMainePhotoWorkshop
