DMarx-2013-01-03-6037-Edit-Winter Inversion Sunset.jpg
I love winter inversion days when the clouds drop down to the valley floor. If you can climb up a mountain and get above the gray fog then the sunset views are always spectacular.
Photography Tip: I worked hard to find the right window through the trees when I shot this photo so that your eye has something close to compare to the distant mountains and sky. That close vs. far comparison gives the shot more depth. Add scale and dimension to your sunset photographs by including something eye catching to your foreground.
